TAJ provides the program management and subject matter expertise required to run a global Payment Card Industry (PCI), a compliance program created for a privately owned fortune 200 sized organization. The PCI Data Security Standards are a set of industry requirements for merchants and service providers that store, process, transmit or collect credit card information. TAJ specifically built a program to work in conjunction with the organizations Chief information Security Officer. The tasks included assessing the organization's current state and recommending the best strategic 2-3 year path based on the highest risks. This includes building a program governance structure that included executive stakeholders from IT, Business, Finance, and Legal. TAJ has developed and managed global budgets for remediation in the range of $10 million plus.
TAJ manages various project management approaches and deliverables. This includes the coordination of hundreds of the Client's staff, by developing, leading, and successfully implementing multiple technical and business focused projects. Other tasks include global market security enhancement, zone implementation, secure development and deployment, custom application assessment and remediation, and internal and external vulnerability scanning remediation.
