Jeff Monsaas
Jeff is TAJ’s Chief Operating Officer. He manages all of the company’s financial and operational functions including human resources, employee benefit programs, contracts, subcontractor/employee agreements and banking relations. 

He has been in his current capacity since January, 1996. 

Jeff has an Accounting degree from the University of Minnesota.
