KC Sukumar
As TAJ’s Founder/Chief Executive Officer (President), KC is closely involved in day-to-day operations of the company yet encourages employee freedom to excel in their roles. Throughout the last 25 years, he has become a highly successful entrepreneur and now operates three companies internationally.

Originally founded in 1987, KC’s strategic leadership shaped the company into a distinguished IT-consulting solutions provider. In 1999, he was awarded “ Minnesota Minority Entrepreneur of the Year” by the U.S. Small Business Association. The combination of his engineering background and management training has had a big impact on TAJ’s success, with over $31 million in sales in 2011.

KC has a degree in Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
