KC Sukumar President/CEO
K.C. Sukumar is the founder of TAJ Technologies, Inc. As President/CEO he provides the vision for the company and leads his managers by setting an example by tirelessly working to improve customer service. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College of Engineering, Bangalore, India and an MBA from the University of Minnesota and has a wide area of experience in corporate America prior to starting TAJ.
Ash Dhandhusaria Infrastructure Manager
In his role as Infrastructure Manager, Ash Dhandhusaria is responsible for the management, monitoring, support, and maintenance of TAJ’s complex, multi-platform IT systems. Ash is also responsible for the selection of suitable technology for internal operations, planning the implementation of new systems and to ensure the success of operation. With more than 20 years of information technology experience, Ash has experience serving in a variety of roles within information technology. In addition to these activities, Ash has developed, tested and implemented many IT solutions including those pertaining to enterprise security, business continuity, disaster recovery, virtualization, SAN, and Windows environment upgrades etc. Ash Dhandhusaria holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics. Additionally, he holds certificates as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and has an ITIL Foundation Certification.
Deepak Murarilal Finance Manager
As Financial Manager, Deepak Murarilal is responsible for shaping and driving the financial administration and risk management strategy at TAJ - keeping compliance as a primary priority and lowering costs. Deepak comes to TAJ from an industry leading Pension & Benefits solution provider. Deepak earned his Dual – MBA in Project Management and Business Administration, Bachelors in Commerce and diploma in “Computer Research and analysis” from India. Deepak’s hobbies include Bollywood movies, music, dance, sports and spending time with his wife and two children.
Luxman Parameswaran Sales/Account Executive
As the Sales Manager, Lux helps Information Technology leaders overcome challenges through highly effective and creative human capital solutions. With over 10 years of experience, Lux takes a consultative approach to learn about the customers and the challenges they face and helps to develop strategies to attract and retain highly talented consultants. Lux has a genuine interest in helping others achieve their goals by not assuming rather he seeks to understand if and how he can make the client's life easier. Lux is a proud graduate of the University of Minnesota and when he is not finding solutions to a client’s needs, he enjoys playing basketball, gardening, volunteering, and outdoor activities.
Harris Melby Account/Business Development Executive
Harris Melby is a Program Manager for TAJ Technologies. He joined TAJ Technologies in 2013. Harris has over 20 years of experience as a Project and Program Manager in the Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland area. He currently supports the National Center for Biotechnology Information and the Lister Hill National Center for Biocommunications. Both contracts are under the National Library of Medicine. Harris and his team at NIH help in the development and support of over 40 public biomedical databases. His team also develops software tools for analyzing molecular and genomic data. Harris’ team develops deep learning algorithms for detecting cancer. Some of the projects they support are: PubMed, dbSNP, RefSeq, GenBank, Genome Workbench and many others at NIH.
Shailesh Koppikar Program Manager/Technology Services
Shailesh has been with TAJ for over 20 years and has held several roles and currently leads the Product Management and Professional Services teams. Shailesh works with Engineers to build cutting edge software for corporate business execution applications, team collaboration and onboarding, and solves immigration challenges and contributes to pre-sales RFP efforts. Shailesh also provides leadership for Talent Acquisition. Shailesh is a volunteer and Board member teaching Social Studies at School of India for Languages and Culture and loves cooking and listening to Indian History podcasts as hobbies.
Robin Pampel Human Resources Manager
Robin Pampel is a Human Resources Manager for TAJ Technologies. She joined TAJ Technologies in 2020. Robin has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field from recruiting new hires, compliance, and policy management, to collaborate with teams addressing employee morale and process improvements. Robin loves the human interaction component of her work and takes pride in the innovative ways to engage and train staff, creating a sharp, committed workforce. Robin’s hobbies include gardening, hiking with her three grandchildren, and riding motorcycles.
Derwin Ross Business Development Executive
With over 15 years of experience as a business development executive, program manager, business marketing strategist. Derwin has established a reputation for meeting the most challenging organizational goals and objectives in the federal market space. Within his network, he maintains key relationships with various federal contract officers, program managers, and agency liaisons within Civilian and DoD agencies.
Derwin has implemented capture strategies to include competitive assessments and discriminators, price to win themes and project identification. He has also led strategic planning, campaign development/evaluation, communications and direct response to sales & marketing activity for public-private partnerships.
Derwin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Clark Atlanta University where he majored in Political Science and minored in Business Administration & Management. He is also a Master’s candidate at George Washington University in Business Administration.
Madhu Bose Client Relationship
Madhu has been working with TAJ since September 2016. With over 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Management practices. She forges strong relationships with her clients and consultants with ease. Thinking out of the box and bringing in solutions has been her strong point. She has worked across several industries including IT, Engineering, Aviation and Retail in different countries. She is a graduate from Delhi university, India with a major in Political Science and has a PG Diploma in Human Capital Management – SHRI, Singapore. She is a member of SHRM. She spends her spare time working on gardening, music and interior decorations.
